PureNeem ships from Victoria, Australia. All orders are shipped with tracking, and shipping rates are displayed at checkout in AUD.
Order Processing (Dispatch)
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or promotions, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Delays, Loss, or Damage
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, tracking details, and photos (if damaged). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are looked after.
Address Accuracy & Return-to-Sender
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to collect, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply).
