Orders & Returns
We accept returns for damaged items only, not for change of mind. Please provide proof of damage to receive a credit, refund, or exchange for purchases made directly through our website.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
